Terms of Service

 

The following document outlines the terms of service and use of the Airsquare website (airsqr.com). You can also review our Privacy Policy, which outlines our practices towards handling any personal information that you may provide to us.
By using Airsquare’s services you acknowledge that you have accepted and will abide by these terms, whether or not you have read and understood them.

The offer and sale of products on our website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale, as well as, as far as they are not expressly provided for, by articles 1470 and following of the Civil Code and by Legislative Decree 06.09.2005, n. 206 (“Consumer Code”), which is expressly referred to, within the limits of compatibility, of the entire Part III, title III, section II (Articles 50-61), relating to distance contracts.

All web pages available at airsqr.com and all linked pages and subdomains (“Site”), are owned and operated by AIRSQUARE S.r.l. (“SAIRSQUARE”) an Italian Private Company and is accessed by You under the Terms of Service described below (“Terms”).

By accessing the site, viewing any content or using any services available on the site (as each is defined below) you are agreeing to be bound by these terms, which together with our Privacy Policy and Customer Support Policy, governs our relationship with You in relation to the site.

The Site is an online retailer of robotics stuff, gear, components, and accessories, as well as an online Service Provider (“Services”). Services include, but are not limited to, any service and/or content Airsquare makes available to or performs for you, as well as the offering of any materials displayed, transmitted or performed on the Site or through the Services. Content (“Content”) includes, but is not limited to text, user comments, information, data, graphics, news articles, images, illustrations, software, and downloads.Your access to the Site may be interrupted as a result of repair to or maintenance on the Site, or due to equipment malfunction, or any other reason that may be beyond the control of Airsquare. Airsquare reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend availability of the Site and/or any Service and/or remove any Content at any time. Airsquare may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict your access to parts of or all of the Site and the Services without notice.

All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. Airsquare makes all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. Don’t use drones you buy from us to transport people!
Even if you do so, you absolve Airsquare and/or the manufacturer of the product in question of all damages, costs, and expenses that may be incurred, including without limitation, attorney fees and costs related to any lawsuit or threatened lawsuit arising out of the use of our products in unauthorized applications.

Language, applicable law and jurisdiction

 

      1. The contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law.
      2. The parties agree that the application to this contract of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
      3. The Court of Rome will be competent for any dispute relating to the Sales Contracts stipulated in accordance with these General Conditions.

Termination

 

You or we may suspend or terminate your account or your use of the Site at any time, for any reason or for no reason. You are personally liable for any orders placed or charges incurred through your account prior to termination. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspect of the Site at any time without notice.
